Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed of having a chronic HCV infection; 2. Male or female and 18 years of age or older; 3. Speaks the language of the provided patient questionnaires; 4. Signed a patient authorization form to use and disclose personal health information (or informed consent, where applicable).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed of having an acute HCV infection; 2. Currently on treatment for HCV; 3. Participates in a concurrent interventional clinical trial (phase 1, 2 or 3 or a Compassionate Use or Early Access Program).
