Age
25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female aged 25-40 years; basal FSH value more than 20 IU/l; AMH<0.5ng/ml; bilateral antral follicle accounts 0-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) primary amenorrhea; 2) with abnormal karyotype or intermarriage; 3) no obvious ovary present in TVS; 4) clinically significant systemic disease such as renal failure; 5) Acute genital tract infection.
