Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient inclusion criteria: A) none trauma or disease caused missing tooth; B) 6 or more congenital missing teeth; C) with or without systemic symptoms; D) permanent tooth germ missing is confirmed by panoramic radiograph; E) informed consent for DNA analysis and reproduction of the photographs is obtained from all the participants. Normal control inclusion criteria: A) the replacement of primary and permanent teeth is normal; B) except the third molars, all teeth have been erupted; C) no congenital missing tooth; D) other organs are normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The person who does not meet the patients or normal control inclusion criteria
