10 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis: organ dysfunction caused by infection (SOFA=2); 2. Septic shock vasopressor to maintain MAP>65mmHg despite sufficient fluid resuscitation and Lactate >2mmol; 3. SIC 1) EF less than 50% or decrese more than 10%;2) 10 times elevation of cTnI or BNP/NT-ProBNP;3) Pv-aCO2>6mmHg ScvO2<65%; 4. need inotropes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) less than 18; 2) pregnancy; 3) give up treatment; 4) refuse to sign the consent.
