Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with clearly vitamin D deficiency and the level of serum vitamin D are below 30ng/ml before treatment; (2) Aged 6 to 18 years old; (3) Without serious liver and kidney, endocrine system disease; (4) All participants or guardians of the participants are consenting and understanding this trial and informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are not according with the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) Patients who are idiopathic hypercalcemia; (3) Patients who are allergic to UV, xerodermia, solar Dermatitis, SLE, serious eczema and so on; (4) Patients who are abnormal vitamin D synthesis pathway; (5) Patients who have liver, kidney and hematologic system diseases; (6) Patients whose drug withdrawal are less than half a year.
