Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed T2DM patient according to WHO standard, aging from 18-65, at the outpatient department of Peking University First Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with below situcation can't be recruited in the Survey: 1. Non-Android smartphone user, or Android smartphone user who can't install "Shenmin Glucose" APP successfully, or user can't be covered by Network or Wifi for the most time of the day, especially when blood glucose monitering; 2. Patient with mental disorders, cognitive disorders, and communication disorders; 3. Patient who is already recruited in the Survey; 4. Patient who reject to sign the "Data Collection Information Agreement".
