20 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body Mass Index is less than 25Kg/m2; (2) Age less than 35 years old; (3) No smoking or drinking habits, no long-term use of drugs; (4) subject should work and rest normally, sleep 7 to 9 hours every night, not on physical and mental stress, not on night shift and jet lag in recent six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) organic diseases were excluded by carefully medical history collection and biochemical screening; (2) impaired glucose tolerance or impaired fasting glucose were excluded by oral glucose tolerance test; (3) depression or other mental illness which may affect sleep were excluded by depression scale or specific screening methods if necessary; (4) the sleep quality of the subject was evaluated by the Epworth sleepiness scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index, and polysomnography would be carried out to exclude sleep apnea if necessary.
