Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of distinctive groups: Patients with benign breast diseases: 1. patients with benign breast disease first diagnosed in our hospital; 2. age ranging from 18 to 75. Patients with breast cancer at initial diagnosis: 1. patients first diagnosed with breast cancer pathologically in our hospital or patients diagnosed with breast cancer outside andbiopsy reviewed by our hospital in addition; 2. age ranging from 18 to 75. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer during chemotherapy: 1. pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer; 2. during chemotherapy for breast cancer (before 5th or 6th course of chemotherapy); 3. age ranging from 18 to 75. Patients with breast cancer after systematic chemotherapy: 1. more than 3 months after normal systematic therapy for breast cancer with past affirmed breast cancer history in medical record; 2. age ranging from 18 to 75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with severe inflammation, severe exhaustion or severe trauma; 2. patients using other medication having influence on blood lipid profile andcannot quit, such as corticosteroids, adrenocortictrophic hormone, epinephrine, noradrenaline, beta blocker, thiazide diuretics; 3. patients during chemotherapy can be included only once rather than over andover again for different chemotherapy courses; 4. patients not suitable for measurement of height, weight, waist or hip circumference, such as patients in bed absolutely.
