Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who suffering snore with or without daytime sleepiness was suspicious of OSAHS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with excess alcohol intake (defined as >140 g/week for males and 70 g/week for females); 2. Patients with hepatitis virus infection or other causes of chronic liver disease; 3. patients with autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients who were diagnosed OSAS previously treated with operation or are treating with CPAP/oral applicances.
