Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus, WHO,1999; 2. Age 35 to 65 years; 3. No serious kidney or liver complications; 4. Local residents; 5. Volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 years; 2. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, other special types of diabetes; 3. Gestational diabetes, lactational diabetes diabetes planning to be pregnant; 4. Serious kidney or liver complications; 5. Patient cant cooperate; 6. Other cases could affect the clinical research, or are not suitable for cases of clinical research.
