18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18~75 years of age; 2. with type 2 diabetes; 3. HbA1c7.5~10% in last 3 months; 4. not on insulin therapy; 5. willing to participate in.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 diabetes or other specific types of diabetes; 2. pregnancy or pregnant preparation; 3. BMI2 mg/dl or 177µmol/L, NYHA functional class >=III, foot ulcer); 6. participation in another research.
