Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome III, should include two or more than 2 following items: (1) at least 25% bowel struggle; (2) at least 25% bowel dry or hard dung; (3) at least 25% defecation have different sense; (4) at least 25% defecation anorectal obstruction and/or blockage; (5) at least 25% required manual defecation (i.e., finger help defaction, pelvic support); (6) leas than 3 times per week. 2. Rarely appeared loose stools without laxatives; 3. Do not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Three months prior to the current study, patients have myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris history; 2. Prepare pregnant, pregnant and nursing women; 3. Patients with malignant disease; 4. Patients with nervous system diseases; 5. Heart, liver, renal insufficiency patients; 6. Long term steroids treatment; 7. Patients with thyroid disease; 8. Patients with adrenal diseases; 9. People with diabetes; 10. Patients with hypertensive patients; 11. Patients with hyperlipidemia patients; 12. Patients with small intestinal malabsorption.
