Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to ILAR criteria, ERA is defined as arthritis and enthesitis of longer than 6 weeks duration in children aged 6 years, and family history of HLA-B27-associated disease, Clinical manifestations include arthritis, enthesitis, and symptomatic uveitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psoriasis or family history of psoriasis; rheumatoid factor (RF:IgM) positive were tested at least twice, and three months apart; patients with clinical manifestations of systemic onset Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (So-JIA).
