18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Cirrhotic patients who received TIPS; 2) 18-75 years old; 3) Treatment-naive to TIPS and major operation involving liver such as surgical shunt, hepatic resction and liver transplantation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Uncontrolled infection or sepsis; 2) Hepatobillary or pancreatic malignancy or billary obstruction; 3) Vital organ dysfunction; 4) Administration of anbiotics (after TIPS and 2 weeks before TIPS); 5) Cachexia; 6) Preganant or breeding women.
