Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who are newly admitted to Prince of Walse Hospital due to heart faliure from 01-01-2004 to 31-12-2013.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HF patients with age< or =18 years old
