18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients will be with recurrent tumor, second primary cancer or postoperative fistula etc; 2. Extend resection and vascular free flap reconstruction are necessary; 3. All patients are all ensured to endure the operations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients can not endure general anesthesia and operation; 2. Patients are with distant metastasis.
