18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Chinese, aged from 18 to 40 years; 2) PCOS women according to Rotterdam criteria; 3) Oligomenorrhea or anovulation; 4) No fertility wish within one year or using male condoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) regular menstrual cycles; 2) hormone therapy in the recent 3 months.
