Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criterias of opioid addicts contained: 1) opioid addicts who still couldnt withdraw addiction after repeated treatment; 2) aged 20 years or older, residence in the county (city, district) where the MMT clinic was located or foreign citizens with temporary residence permit living in the local for more than 6 monthshaving complete capacity for civil conduct; 3) the second condition isnt essential for opioid addicts with AIDS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients checked out with Open Tuberculosis or Abnormal Liver Function in physical examination before inception; 2) Since patients with Open Tuherculosis or Abnormal Liver Function couldn't paticipate in MMT, this kind of person should be excluded.
