Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The ? - ? grade ,witch from the ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists American Society of Anesthesiologists) assessment grading standards of patients .2.Obesity index (BMI) measured by the World Health Organization standard "30 = weight / height 2 <40"; 3.male or female, 18 years = Age = 65 years of age;4.subjects were informed, voluntary informed consent;5.Ventilator parameters: f = 15,12,9 (times / min), VT = 8,10,12 (ml / kg), I: E = 1:2.5,1: 2.0,1:1.5; 6.PETCO2 :35-45mmHg; SpO2 :99-100%; 7.used L9 (34) K = 3 repeat orthogonal experimental design and analysis table;8.used Dafex Ohmeda Aespire 7100 type of anesthesia ventilator; 9.optional Infinity Vista XL Dr?ger monitors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.within a month before the start of the study had participated in other clinical trials were; 2.Within a month the upper respiratory tract infection were cured; 3.There ankylosing spondylitis, pulmonary fibrosis and other affected persons chest compliance; 4.determined lung disease patients; 5.patients with anemia; 6.There is depression neuropsychiatric tendencies.
