10 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AE lesion invades the retrohepatic inferior vena cava, the first or the second hepatic portal and makes the radical surgery impossible in vivo while the AE-free liver tissue regenerates obviously and its volume reaches 800 ml or above with good function; 2. Eeffective therapy of extrahepatic metastatic AE lesions works by administration of anti-hydatid drugs; 3. To alleviate cholestasis by PTCD or drugs makes the moderate or severe jaundice into mild jaundice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple liver AE metastasis; 2. The volume of AE-free liver tissue is no less than 800 ml or with poor function; 3. Intractable moderate or severe ascites or systemic sepsis is difficult to be cured; 4. Poor therapeutic effect about extrahepatic metastatic AE lesions by administration of anti-hydatid; 5. Intraabdominal multiple AE lesions or combined with other malignant tumors.
