Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. elective line need to enema gastrointestinal surgery patients, preoperative fasting water> 12h; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patients grade I ~ II; 3. aged 55-75 years old, sex is not limited; 4. patients were informed of the main experimental methods and possible adverse reactions, signed informed consent; 5. hematuria routine, coagulation function, liver and kidney function is normal; ECG roughly normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have pulmonary hypertension; 2. have portal hypertension or severe history of peripheral vascular disease; 3. ultrasound scan area with severe skin damage and infection lesions; 4. combined with severe heart disease and respiratory disease; 5. have mental illness or emotional and mental retardation can not cooperate; 6. patients with esophageal echocardiography related contraindications.
