18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemiplegia caused by no obvious cause; 2. Cranial magnetic resonance suggests vascular abnormalities in the medulla oblongata; 3. Adult patients aged 18 to 70 years; 4. MVD operation for the first time; 5. Resident population in the study area; 6. Sign informed consent for clinical study; 7. Able to receive long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A definite cause of hemiplegia; 2. Patients with poor communication and poor compliance; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Other major diseases and severe mental disorders were found.
