Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of early swelling in the knee pain with and without a history of acute trauma, there is no history of TB, no fever, joint local no acute suppurative inflammation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Knee joint is lateral X ray film ruled out the joint tumor and tuberculosis, also do not have the subchondral bone cystic change, hardening, osteophyte formation, and joint space narrowing, etc. The performance of the typical osteoarthritis patients.
