18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Waist circumference>=90 cm in men and >=80 cm in women. To merge any two of the following four indicators can be diagnosed with MS: 1. TG levels, TG >=1.7mmol/L or use of medication; 2. pharmacologic hypertension treatment or BP >=130/85 mmHg; 3. HDL-C, =5.6 mmol/L or diabetes mellitus type 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. do not meet diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome; 2. with severe organic disease; 3. with mental illness who can't cooperate with participants; 4. during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
