Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly histologically confirmed nasal-type nk/t cell lymphoma; 2. Tumor staged as stage I-II according to Cotswolds Modification of Ann Arbor staging criteria; 3. No evidence of distant metastasis; 4. Performance status: ECOG score 0-2; 5. Without hematopathy, marrow: WBC more than 4*10^9/L, HGB more than 80g/L and PLT more than 100*10^9/L; 6. With normal liver function test (ALT, AST less than 1.5*ULN); 7. Renal: creatinine clearance more than 60ml/min; 8. Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other WHO lymphoma types; 2. Receiving palliative treatment; 3. Prior malignancy, especially for head and neck malignancy received adequate treatment; 4. Patient is pregnant or lactating; 5. Previous radiotherapy (except non-melanomatous skin cancers outside the intended RT treatment volume); 6. Primary sites and neck metastatic sites were received chemotherapy or surgery (except for diagnostic treatment); 7. With a history of other serious disease that have high risk during treatment.
