Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research object: adult patients with deep burn hands were treated in our department from January 2012 to December 2013, all the hands had reserved with early escharectomy with autologous split thickness skin grafting. Inclusion criteria: 1. voluntary and can cooperate with in this study; 2. No torso other serious united injury; 3. TBSA is less than 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe combined injury; TBSA more than 50%; unwilling to paticipate in.
