30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Solitary pulmonary nodule in CT image, size smaller than 3cm; 2. Enough image information to confirm the lesion as clinical stage I; 3. Consent to accept radical resection with scheduled lymph node dissection,the pathology type is NSCLC; 4. No distant metastasis detected by preoperative chest and abdominal CT, head MRI and bone scan or PET-CTe. Without history of previous malignancies and chemotherapy/radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rejection to operation; 2. Incomplete image/pathology/follow-up information; 3. Lymph node dissection is inconsistent with the scheduled mode.
