19 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. a single left hemisphere stroke (confirmed by a CT or MRI), more than 3 months' duration; 2. diagnosed by Western Aphasia Battery as aphasia (aphasia quotient, AQ less than 93.8); 3. native Chinese speaker; 4. being right-handed prior to the stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe vision or hearing impairment; The presence of a neurological or psychiatric diagnosis other than stroke; Incompatibility with MRI testing; or diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or dementia prior to stroke.
