Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient with selective cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass or non-cardiac surgery; 2.18-60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with hypertension, diabetes,kidney diseases or kidney surgeries; 2. abnormal preoperative kidney funtion; 3. patiens with selective non-cardiac surgery have cardiac valve diseases.
