18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed acute leukemia;heart function: no severe heart diseases;liver and kidney function: ALT and AST less than 2 times the upper limit of normal range; the serum bilirubin less than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal range; Normal serum amylase, no previous history of pancreatitis; Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of other cancers, except basal cell carcinoma; with contraindications of corticosteroids; diabetes which cannot be successfully controlled; HIV and syphilis-infected patients; pregnancy or lactating women; patients previously received an organ transplantation; severe neurological or psychiatric history.
