Eligibility

Age

15 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Voluntary patients with written informed consent; (2)aged from 15 to 75 years old; (3)Pathological diagnosis is squamous carcinoma; (4)No serious medical complications such as hypertension, diabetes, etc; (5)Karnofksy performance score more than 70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With other primary malignant tumors; (2) Distant metastasis; (3) With history of head and neck irradiation; (4) Severe basic diseases: hypertension, cardiovascular disease, history of mental disease or allergy; (5) Refuse or unable to write informed consent; (6) Life expectancy less than 6 months.
