Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those complete capsule endoscopy and colonoscopy examination in the same day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The contraindications of capulse endoscopy or colonoscopy, eg: the disgestive tract malformation , obstruction, perforation, significant stenosis or fistula;significant hepatic, renal, endocrine, respiratory, neurological, cardiovascular disease; 2. With diabetes mellitus , hyperthyroidism ,hypothyroidism, hypokalemia or irritable bowel syndrome; 3. Use of drugs that affect bowel path wriggles within the last two weeks; 4. History of abdominal surgery; 5. Disagree to participate in the study or refuse to sign a consent form.
