Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient in accordance with the Diagnostic criteria of depression in ICD-10; 2. The patient whose HAMD's score is higher than 20; 3. male and female aged 18 to 75 years; 4. The patient who participant this study voluntarily and sigh the Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient with suicidal tendencies and behaviors; 2. The patient with other mental diseases; 3. The patient who participant other study 8 weeks before this study.
