18 Years to 77 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years old and more; with a resectable pathology(NCCN Guidelines) of the pancreatic head (staging I, II), distal common bile duct or periampullary region; and scheduled for elective PD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: scheduled for surgical treatment other than PD, such as palliative biliary and gastroenteric anastomoses; with complicating serious cardiopulmonary or hepatorenal insufficiency; with extensive intraperitoneal or extraperitoneal metastases; or rejecting to participate in this study
