Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II-III; 2. Received General Anesthesia; 3. Patients accepting CPB downstream of mitral valve replacement of rheumatic heart disease in non - diabetic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of neuropsychiatric disease; 2. history of taking drugs of antidepressant or antianxiety; 3. patients died during the operation or before hospital discharge; 4. patients with severe hearing impairment or language barrier who can not conmunicate with visitor.
