Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. corresponding the diabetic diagnosis and classification of WHO in 1999, which is from 18 to 74 year old type 2 diabetes patients; 2. the high risk population of diabetic foot is according to the international diabetic foot group's diabetic foot risk classification system with one or more risk factors, including;sensory neuropathy and(or) foot deformity, or bone prominence and/or peripheral vascular disease, and (or) history of ulcer history/amputation; 3. the score of improved the Barthel index is sixty or more points; 4. having convenient communication device such as mobile phone to facilitate telephone follow-up after discharge; 5. someone whose is normal thinking and language communicating; 6. with the consent of patient and family, who is willing to join the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. complicating acute or other serious complications related to diabetes, such as ketosis, severe retinopathy, diabetic foot ulcer; 2. with severe cognitive impairment; 3. serious liver disease; 4. complicating leg amputation, fracture, muscle weakness or the lower extremities vascular surgery which seriously affects physical function to care himself completely; 5. peripheral neuropathy which is caused by shingles, cancer or other causes; 6. Varicose veins; 7. complicating depression or some other mental disorders; 8. participated in health education courses related to diabetic foot nursing in six months; 9. the worst pet-name ruby monocular vision correction less than 0.3.
