18 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-69 years; CHB, CHC, AFLD cirrhosis; ultrasonographic or CT evidences of cirrhosis and portal hypertension, Child-Pugh A and B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hepatic encephalopathy or variceal bleeding; presence of active untreated infectious disease or hepatorenal syndrome; presence of severe comorbid diseases (e.g., severe renal, respiratory, or cardiac disease), or presence of any type of malignancy;HIV positive; history of alcohol abuse, or use of hepatotoxic drugs within the last six months before enrolment; active substance abuse; pregnancy or lactation; can not sign the informed consent.
