18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years old male or female; 2. Skeletal Class III patients, ANB=-5 degree; 3. Combined othodontic and orthognathic treatements; 4. Upper 14 and 24 needs to be removed during preoperative orthodontics; 5. Agreed to join this project and signd the informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Tumor and systemic diseases; 3. Oral and maxillofacial acute inflammation, facial tumor; 4. Severe or progressive periodontitis; 5. Missing teeth; 6. Congenital cleft lip and cleft palate patients; 7. Facial and dental development significantly asymmetric patients; 8. Unwilling or unable to sign the informed consent; 9. Treatment plans to change the way; 10. For some reason the treatment can not be completed or failure to finished.
