Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People who are willing to sign the informed consent voluntarily and follow the research program; 2. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of ITP; (1) decreased platelet counts in many laboratory tests; (2) Without splenmegaly; (3) Elevated or normal number of megakaryocytes in the bone morrow examination with dysmaturity; (4) With exception of other secondary thrombocytopenic purpura; 3. Age 14 to 65 years old,male or female; 4. Without ditinct dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and so on; 5. Platelet counts <30*10^9/L in two consecutive times(not in same day); 6. Initial or refractory patiets.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. People who are specifically allergic and intolerant to medicines whic is used for treatment; 3. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive system disease; 4. A history of thrombosis.
