18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single-segment thoracolumbar fracture, Frankel classification: Level E; 2. Load sharing score<=6; Dense classification: Level B; 3. Fresh fracture 1 week after injury; 4. No dysfunction to major organ or injury to muscles at other parts or to skeletal system; 5. Patients' age range: 18-55 years old. All genders without pathological fracture or serious osteoporosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multi-segment thoracolumbar fracture, Frankel classification: Level A-D; (2) Load sharing score>=6; (3) Old fracture; (4) Dysfunction to major organ or injury to muscles at other parts or to skeletal system; (5) Pathological fracture or serious osteoporosis.
