Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were students in grade 2 to 5 in primary schools and grade 1 to 2 in middle schools. The students and one of his/her parents or caregivers over 18 years of age signed informed concent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students whose BMI >/= P97 of the same gender and age according to 2010 National Physical Fitness and Health Surveillance; 2. Students who have disabilities, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, metabolic diseases, etc.
