Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of SAA-I or SAA-II; 2. Did not participate in other clinical study; 3. Aged from 6 to 50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute blood stagnation, pancytopenia caused by bone marrow fibrosis; 2. patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal system and mental disease; 3. patients complicated with severe arrhythmia (such as atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter); 4. patients suffered from active peptic ulcer and other hemorrhagic disease; 5. the pregnancy or ready for pregnant women, breastfeeding women; 6. the allergic; 7. participated in the last 3 months or is participating in other clinical trials.
