18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria of acute pancreatitis; 3) there is extraluminal gas in the pancreatic and/or peripancreatictissues on CECT or fine-needle aspiration (FNA) is positive for bacteriaand/or fungi on Gram stain and culture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A serious heart, lung, liver disease, blood coagulation dysfunction and other endoscopic contraindications. 2) pregnant or lactating women; 3) refused to sign the informed consent.
