18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed SCC, BCC, MM by histopathology before operation; 2. From 18 to 90 years old. Sex is not limited; 3. Participants voluntarily signate on the informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not clearly in histopathological diagnosis; 2. Metastasis found in the far place organ or lymph node; 3. Severely organic diseases, such as heart, liver, kidney, and metabolic disease,and psychiosis; 4. Genetic and acquired haemorrhagic diseases; 5. Systematical use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressant before operation.
