Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the 2010 ACR / EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; (2) Belong to the early RA, and in arthritis attack, no significant joint deformity; (3) Aged 18 to 65 years old; (4) Within a month before the test is not used by traditional Chinese medicine; (5) Methotrexate indications meet application; (6) Voluntarily agree to participate in this experiment and clinical study signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Stable condition, the onset of RA patients without arthritis; (2) WBC<3×10^9/L; (3) With secondary or primary cardiovascular, brain, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, digestive system and other target organ damage were fatal; (4) Pregnant women, lactating women, the mentally ill; (5) Allergies and multiple drug allergies, contraindications methotrexate has applications.
