Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the standards, in strict accordance with the Chinese medical association in 2007 surgery branch of the biliary tract surgery group of hepatolith disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines "in the definition of hepatolith disease, according to the patients clinical symptoms, examination result such as B ultrasonic, CT, MRI, preoperative 3 d reconstruction and intraoperative and postoperative pathology confirmed for intrahepatic bile duct stones; (2) Can contain combined hepatic cyst and hemangioma, liver abscess and the consolidation of preoperative failed to diagnose hepatic duct carcinoma, but the intraoperative or postoperative pathology diagnosed cases of hepatic duct carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative confirmed hepatic duct carcinoma; (2) The resected lobe lesions mainly not intrahepatic bile duct stones, but hepatic cyst and hemangioma, hepatic abscess lesions, etc.; (3) The gall bladder line drop and upward to intrahepatic bile duct stones, or the injury of bile duct stricture secondary to, bile duct Cyst, bile duct anatomic variations, and other forms after biliary tract disease caused by biliary silt up and biliary inflammation of hepatolith.
