Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who suffering snore with or without daytime sleepiness was suspicious of OSAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, interstitial lung disease, chronic respiratory failure which may influence the oxygen saturation at night; 2. Diseases which can influence the serum cystatin C level, such as chronic kidney diseases, acute infectious diseases, hypothyroidism.
