Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Diagnostic Criteria of NSCLC: The Chinese Anti-Cancer Association in 1999 "New criteria of diagnosis and treatment for common malignant tumors"; 2. Clinical stage for IIIB or IV stage: according to the AJCC international system for staging lung cancer in 2010; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 4. Karnofsky performance status: PS (Eastern Cooperative Omcology Group performance status) >=2; 5. Normal basic functions of bone marrow, liver, kidney, heart and lung; 6. The Prediction of the Survival Time more than 3 months; 7. Informed consent to join these clinic study, signed a consent form, have a good compliance and could be follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-existent uncontrolled other malignant diseases; 2. Have brain metastasis, serious brain diseases or mental illness; 3. Co-existent active tuberculosis and other severe infectious diseases; 4. No receive other chemotherapy, radiation therapy or biological therapy etc. for cancer treatment during the study period; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
