Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, from 18 to 50 years old, have a single segmental intervertebral disc herniation; 2. There is no therapeutic effect through conservative treatment more than 3 months; 3. Body mass index is more than 20 and less than 28.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. including osteophyte formation, ligament ossification, segmental instability, spondylolisthesis and other systemic diseases which could affect operation effect and prognosis; 2. mental disorder.
