18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unresectable locally advanced lung cancer (III a, III b); 2. There are definite pathological diagnosis;With measurable lesions; 3. Life expectancy six months; 4. Aged 18-75 years old, male or female; 5. General level in the ECOG 0-1; 6. Blood and liver and kidney function: 7. Neutrophil count >=1500/mm3; 8. Blood platelet>=100,000/mm3; 9. Hemoglobin>=100g/l; 10. Transaminase70%; 15. Not received any chemotherapy and radiation therapy; 16. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CR>1*upper limit of normal values, TB>1.5 times of the upper limit of normal values, AST?ALT>2.5 times of the upper limit of normal values, AKP>5 times of the upper limit of normal values; 2. serious infection; 3. Uncontrolled diabetes; 4. Other serious diseases, such as occurred within 6 months of myocardial infarction; 5. Current or participate in other clinical trials within four weeks.
